Concerning major fitness trends…things are changing and getting clearer with food, and more mindful in general, & with movement & exercise.

Science and “The World of WooWoo” are starting to meet! Good news for us all. Things not understood are starting to be explained in ways most of us can hear.

Science is starting to be able to explain some ancient wisdoms, held by many cultures, that has been around for thousands of years. One example of that is why we need more healthy fats, both for longevity and for energy to work out and move. And why eating fat does not necessarily make us
fat!

Technology is offering us the ability to track & understand how your body works like never before ..(For example, Fitbit tells you not only how long you slept, but also how well you slept! (The quality of sleep that truly replenishes is essential to being able to lose weight or get stronger) And the flip side of that is that the future of self care is also telling us to watch the time online and sitting in general-
