I have worked with people from 12- 80, with athletes and people facing or recovering from surgery, and all levels in-between.
I have used : stretching, yoga, pilates, kayaking, walking, weight training, basketball, swimming, running… all to meet each person where they are, and allow for a connection to their body, perhaps for the first time, or perhaps a re-connection to the strength they once had.
